One of my mentors Brian suggested I check out this guy Andrew Neitlich and his Center for Executive Coaching to build on my 3 Cs; Competency, Credibility, and Confidence. It exceeded my expectations and put me into turbo drive!

First of all, Andrew is a unique coach and trainer, and I learned an incredible amount from him. He tells it like it is, and I like that. Leaving the course, I felt empowered to add more value to my clients. I will do this by asking short simple questions that get to those value-add conversations that move the person forward and accelerate achieving their goals. The course really aligned with my personal values of cultivating people, building trust and living in that positive culture.

The people I met in those 4 days were amazing, and have already pushed me to be a better person and coach. The positive energy and inspiration you get by being in a room full of committed professionals is priceless. As is the continued support you get from the Center of Executive Coaching, and the ongoing networking with the rest of the graduates. It is a positive environment of giving, and that starts at the top, with Andrew.

One of my close colleagues, Mike, who did not go to the course was able to spend some time with me on a project where we applied some of the strategies this month. Even though he did not go, he is now energized and refocused, as a third party to it all, and that is awesome!

The results prove it. I already have contracts in the works for next year which are moving forward. The amazing thing is, my clients will get more value and results. The techniques I learned on growing my company, gives me the certainty that 2018 will be the best year ever.

I am proud to be a graduate of this program and now a certified coach, and look forward to the heavy lifting of becoming a member of the International Coaching Federation. With 25 years of leadership experience, my mind is now more open and operating at a higher frequency level. I knew I could get there, I just needed an injection of awesomeness and to surround myself with high performers. After all, we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most amount of time with.
